As this is the last reminder to You for sending the consolidated report of baseline Science of the schools under your cluster. Only send the information in the performa attached with this mail. Don't send any scanned copies & detail list of individual schools. Don't miss any school in your cluster in the consolidated report. Send the report either in this mail or on email jalandhardss@gmail.com. 

If the information is not sent by you in time than your cluster name is to referred to the DGSE offices for the further action.
